General Overview::

Generally we are looking for someone who embodies qualities that help them maintain a strong connection with Christ, persevere in relationships with youth and communicate confidently to both supporters and partner organizations.

• Possessing a personal faith founded firmly in Jesus Christ.
• Having a strong heart to see youth know Christ as both the savior of their souls as well as the drive for their
• Good listener.
•  A confident public speaker.
• Youth friendly
• Having the ability to build into potential leaders, inspire youth, and walk along side of youth as an informal mentor.
• Team player.
• Comfortable to work in unison with local youth pastors to jointly care for youth in the schools.
• Entrepreneurial / creative thinker.

Hours Employed: Full-time 40 hrs / week
